I started dance at the age of 4, and competitions at the age of 6; competing for 7 years. I’ve danced and trained in contemporary, street, musical theatre, rock n roll, commercial and disco for 10 years. During my last few years dancing I started competitive cheer which I did for 4 years/seasons winning many competitions. With one of my biggest achievements being that I reached level 6. Along with my dance training I have experience in strength and flexibility training. I love coaching and being able to help athletes be the best they can, I cannot wait for this journey and helping Lauren with Cheer at Kaliedoscope.
